NEW ACCOUNT

To create an account you’ll need to fill in a member’s form with your personal details. Once you have set up your account placing an order is very quick and easy because we will already have all the information we require. You can place your order as a guest, without having to register your details. In this case, we will not save your details but each time you place an order you will have to fill in your details again.

You can place an order as a member. In this case you will not need to fill in your details every time you place an order. You only need to put the items you want in your basket, go to process order and proceed to payment.


METHODS OF PAYMENT

You can use your credit card, Visa, American Express, MasterCard or PayPal as a form of payment. At no time will we have knowledge of your banking information as it is transmitted in encrypted form from one bank to another. We do not receive or keep any credit card number. The banking server only transmits a validation of the transaction.
We use the 3D Secure protocol (through Stripe) through which your bank guarantees that only the credit card holder can authenticate the transaction. This guarantees our clients that nobody else can use their credit cards on our site.

    – We use the UPS standard shipping transport service for all countries so that you can track your parcel in real time.

    If you live in UNITED STATES, we apply a flat rate shipping cost (15€). Maybe you will have to pay customs duties (where needed) as soon as you receive your package.

free return

  • FREE RETURN
    – If you are not satisfied with any of our items, please contact us within 5 days after receiving the package and we will send you a return receipt to fill it out. You can change it or request a refund.
    – Items must not have been used or washed and must be in perfect condition with their label.
    – You have 14 working days (from the receipt of the package) to return a product of your order.
    – If you want to return one or more items send us a message to klodel@klodel.com with your order number and we will send you a link so that you can print the return UPS label. Stick this on your package. You will leave the parcel at the nearest UPS collection point.
    – We will proceed to the refund as soon as we receive your return shipment.

    FOR UNITED STATES: Choose the cheapest carrier with tracking number and return the parcel to us. Send us the tracking number and the proof of payment of the return shipping to klodel@klodel.com. We will refund you (shipping cost included) as soon as we receive the parcel in our workshop.

  • FOR MADE TO MEASURE GARMENTS
    If you are not satisfied with your custom garment for any reason, we have several options: 

1- If the garment requires only a few adjustments in order to fit you perfectly, take it to a local tailor:
We will reimburse this expense up to 15% of the value of the garment.
-Take your garment to your local tailor within 7 days from receiving your garment.
– Ask your tailor for an invoice and a short description of the adjustments applied to your garment.
– Send us the invoice and the description to klodel@klodel.com
– Klodel will refund your expense within 72 hours.

2- If the garment does not fit you well, there are 2 options:
– We’ll make you a new custom garment and pay for the return shipping
OR
– We’ll give you a full refund and pay for the return shipping.


defective items

Although we do our best to ensure that our items are flawless, if you notice a defect, send us a message at klodel@klodel.com telling us the problem. We will send you a return label to send the package back to us, at our expense.
